The victims and enemy mine, are counted one by one and honored upon the same field of regret, beside the loved ones harmed with identical pain, suffering and sorrow met, will this act of memorial, for but a single day, have any meaning to heal the loss of millions upon millions, gathering in the dust of history lost, changed and rewritten to cover the tracks of genocide, ethic cleansing, murder, rape, abuse and violence against humanity, shall this single day give grace, comfort nor rest to those who gave everything, so that peace may reign supreme for eternity...

Any ensueing peace or stability gained for the few by the suffering of the many, is that in name only, thus squandering the sacrifice borne.

The profit in peace, rest within the saving of lives, health and the physical and financial prosperity lost to the relentless cycle of violence and fear which mankind subscribes so thoughtlessly to...

One who lacks the strength to stand with peace, needs only the courage to stand behind those who do not.
